Terms & Conditions
The use of this Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions set out below. By using any part of this Website, completing your customer registration with us and/or placing an order on the Website you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and which include our Private Policy.
To be eligible to purchase goods on this Website and to lawfully enter into and form contracts on this Website under Danish law you must:
a) Be aged 18 or older
b) Register to use the Website by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information
d) Stipulate a valid delivery address. Please note that PO box numbers are not acceptable
c) Possess a valid debit/credit card issued by a bank acceptable to us
You warrant that your personal information in which you are required to provide us with when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all respects.
You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorized to use.
Purchases made on this Website are for personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit.
Placing an order
When placing an order request for products from Liv Skincare you will be guided through a series of simple instructions on the website. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation providing you with a payment reference and the value of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card. Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the cancellation policy, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have dispatched the goods ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been dispatched to you, you will need to follow the Returns Policy & Procedure.

We may not accept your order if an item you have ordered is out of stock, we are unable to obtain authorization for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. If we are unable to fulfill your order following our order acknowledgement, we will contact you by email or telephone advising you of this. See Cancellation and Returns procedure.
A selection of shipping quotes and providers will appear at checkout. Goods are dispatched from Denmark (prices include VAT). Additional taxes, duties and fees may be levied by your local authorities and are entirely the purchaser’s responsibility. At time of dispatch, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email so you can track your package. Order details are displayed in your shopping bag at the time of your order. This information also appears in your Order Confirmation email. Our processing and dispatch process starts from the moment we get credit card authorisation and verification. Once the order is accepted and the stock is available, we aim to process and dispatch your order within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday.
Tracking My Order
At time of dispatch, your freight service provider will email you so you can track your package. We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays through customs for our international customers.
Returns Policy & Procedure
Making a return for a product purchased from Liv Skincare is easy. Just make sure you send us a notification of your intention to return by sending an email to Livskincare.email@example.com, together with your order confirmation. When your return is approved you will receive a notification along with shipping details. Please note shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Liv Skincare. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Refunds will be processed once the return has been received and processed. Notifying us of your return prior will ensure we are watching out for your return so it can be processed as efficiently as possible. Refunds are processed back to the method of payment used when placing your original order. Credit card refunds can take up to two weeks from processing to be visible on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution. Once processed, you will receive an email notification.
We accept returns and exchanges for unused, sealed products that are in re-saleable condition. We are unable to accept returns of opened products.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products other than those purchased directly from us at LivSkincare.dk. If you purchased your Liv Skincare products from a department store, specialty retailer, other online store or elsewhere, please process your return with the original company of purchase.
We are able to modify or cancel your order if you are able to contact us before we dispatch your order to you. Please contact Livskincare.firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will aim to respond within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.

Description of products
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Liv Skincare website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered into the system.
All prices indicated for products available via the Website are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are exclusive of delivery charges. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus VAT and delivery charges (see below). Payment can be made by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or subsequently refuses to, or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We will retain the legal ownership of the goods until you have made full payment and such payment has been received by us.
No funds will be charged from your credit card before the order is shipped from Liv Skincare.

We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing products on the website; however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors or other content available on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
All content available on the Liv Skincare website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations and software and the compilation thereof is the property of Liv Skincare A/S and is protected by Danish and international copyright laws.
The trademarks, logos on the Website is the property of Liv Skincare A/S and is protected by Danish and international trademark laws.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable legal fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your use of the website. You also agree to indemnify us for any loss, damages, or costs, including reasonably legal fees, resulting from your use of software robots, spiders, crawlers, or similar data gathering and extraction tools, or any other action you take that imposes an unreasonable burden or load on our infrastructure.
The laws of Denmark governs these terms and conditions. By accessing the Liv Skincare website and buying our products you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts in all disputes arising out of such access.
We may, with or without prior notice, terminate any of the rights granted by these Terms and Conditions. You shall comply immediately with any termination or other notice, including, as applicable, by ceasing all use of the Website. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person for any reason whatsoever, to withdraw any goods from the Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Website. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing of any goods from this Website whether or not such goods have been sold; removing or editing content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
